An administrator is not just an organiser, but your personal assistant for all occasions during the event. Your advantages when working with our administrator: - Experienced organiser: Our administrator has considerable experience in organising events of various formats, which allows him to easily adapt to any requirements and circumstances. - Technical support: He will take care of setting up audio, lighting and projection equipment, ensuring the perfect technical conditions for your event. - Climate control: The administrator controls the climate in the hall, maintaining a comfortable atmosphere throughout the event. - Stationery: Provision of all necessary stationery for speakers and guests. - Hospitality: At your request, the receptionist will organise the serving of water, tea or coffee for the participants of the event. We will take care of every detail so that you can focus on what matters most - your guests and the objectives of the event. At All Portugal Media, we aim to provide a comfortable, well-organised and welcoming studio experience for every client. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all bookings, please take a moment to review the following policy. 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please notify us via the website, phone or messenger indicated in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as no-shows without prior notice, may result in the loss of any prepayment, as the studio time, equipment and preparation are reserved specifically for you. 2. Payment on Site If payment on site is selected and the booking is cancelled late or not attended, the studio may kindly request prepayment for future reservations. 3. Booking Time and Session End Studio rental is calculated strictly on an hourly basis. Each session ends exactly at the full hour stated in the booking confirmation. To help you manage your time comfortably, the administrator may offer a friendly reminder approximately 5 minutes before the end of your session. This reminder is provided as a courtesy, not as an obligation, and does not extend the booked time. We kindly ask clients to finish the shoot, collect personal belongings and leave the studio space by the end of the booked hour. 4. Overtime and Time Extension If the studio space or equipment continues to be used beyond the booked time, this will be considered an automatic extension for the next full hour, subject to studio availability and charged according to the current price list. If the studio is already reserved for another client, extending the session may not be possible. 5. Equipment Care, Cleanliness and Responsibility By confirming a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the studio rules regarding: - careful and respectful use of all equipment and facilities; - maintaining cleanliness and order within the studio space; - material responsibility for any damage, contamination or improper use of equipment, cyclorama or premises. When applicable, the client agrees to inspect the studio and equipment together with the administrator and to sign inspection reports before and after the session. 6. Acceptance of Terms Submitting a booking request confirms full acceptance of this policy, the studio rules and all related responsibility conditions.
